Website Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining 70% balance is payable after service completion. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Where the booking remains eligible, the deposit is refunded. Bookings cancelled inside that window may result in the deposit being retained to cover operational costs.
3. Rescheduling
Appointments may usually be rescheduled without charge when sufficient notice is given. Short-notice changes may incur a fee depending on scheduling impact.
4. Service standards
Services are delivered according to the booked description. If the actual property condition differs materially from what was booked, extra time or cost may be required to complete the work properly.
5. Access & client responsibilities
Clients must provide safe and lawful property access at the agreed time. Water and electricity should be available unless an alternative arrangement was agreed in advance.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If something is not right, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer a complimentary re-clean of affected areas where appropriate.
7. Liability
Tahara Cleaning Services Ltd is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, or items that were not securely fixed before service.
8. Privacy
Personal information is collected only as needed to deliver bookings, communications, and related customer support, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
